PAC Joinery & Building very recently completed our home renovation of knocking down walls and inserting steels to make our living area and kitchen all open plan, built a cupboard space and false wall for extra storage, and built up a kitchen island! Absolutely in love with it! Genuine, honest and trustworthy lads, would 100% recommend!
They have just done a complete bathroom fit out including window replacement for us. They gave an honest estimate, arrived when they said they would and stayed on the job till it was complete. They handled everything including other trades and any problems that arose during the fit out easily. The level of finish was amazing with absolutely no mess.
I can highly recommend this company. They did a fantastic job on the refurb of our kitchen, laying wooden floors and LVT floor tiles, panelling the walls to dado height and building a set of new cupboards. The work was on schedule and of excellent quality. We are delighted with the finished kitchen.

Gordon and Craig have both been in the trade since the day they left school; that's over 25 years each of joinery and building, learned on real jobs rather than in a sales office.
When you call PAC Joinery and Building, you speak to one of the two people who'll actually be responsible for your job. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and a good, reliable team that gets the job done to your needs, whether that's a single set of doors or turning your garage or loft into a proper room.
We're SVQ qualified, and we work alongside the same plumbers, plasterers and electricians we've trusted for years. That means fewer surprises, better co-ordination and a finish that holds up long after we've packed the van.

Do I need a building warrant for a garage or loft conversion?+
Usually, yes. Obtaining the building warrant is the homeowner's responsibility. We'll tell you exactly what we need from the approved drawings so the build can start as soon as your warrant is granted.
Do you take a deposit?+
No. We don't take a deposit. We ask for payment at the end of each week for the work completed that week, so you only ever pay for progress you can see.
Is the quote really free?+
Yes. Every quote is free with no obligation, and there are no hidden costs once the job is agreed.
Who does the plumbing, electrics and plastering?+
We work with the same trusted plumbers, plasterers and electricians we've used for years. We co-ordinate them, so you deal with us, not three separate trades.
Which areas do you cover?+
All of East Lothian, including Tranent, Musselburgh, Haddington, Prestonpans, North Berwick, Dunbar, Cockenzie and Port Seton, and Wallyford.
