Terms and conditions
About these terms
These terms apply to quotes and work provided by PAC Joinery and Building, 13 Appleby Drive, Macmerry, Tranent, EH33 1FN.
Quotes
Quotes are free and given in writing. They're based on what we can see at the time of our visit and the work you describe. If you change the work, or we find something that couldn't reasonably have been seen, we'll talk to you and agree any change before going ahead.
Payment
We do not take a deposit. We invoice weekly for the work completed that week, and payment is due on receipt of the invoice.
Permissions and building warrants
Getting any building warrant, planning permission or other consent needed for the work is the client's responsibility. We'll carry out the work to the approved drawings once it's in place.
Access and site
You agree to give us reasonable access to the property during working hours, and to make sure areas we work in are clear of personal belongings.
Materials
Materials remain our property until paid for. Where you supply materials yourself, we're not responsible for their quality or suitability.
Problems after completion
If you're unhappy with any part of our work, tell us as soon as possible and we'll come back to look at it.
Website
Information on this website is general and doesn't form part of any contract. Every job is quoted individually.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
